Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original reusable mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
